Alif Yaa Academy provides Arabic language courses online and in-person in Egypt, including Modern Standard Arabic, Egyptian Colloquial Arabic, the Bridge Course, and the Conversation Club. By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.
A one-time registration fee applies upon enrollment. Course fees are charged per hour as listed on our Pricing page. Instalment plans are available upon request.
Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, provided that the cost of any completed sessions will be deducted from the refunded amount. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Every new student is entitled to one free 30-minute trial session. This offer is non-transferable and available once per person.
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the session being charged in full.
Students are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and fellow students. Alif Yaa Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of misconduct without refund.
All course materials, recordings, and content created by Alif Yaa Academy remain our property and may not be shared or reproduced without prior written permission.
Alif Yaa Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
